FAQ

What is cider?

Cider is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting apple juice. Unlike beer, cider is not brewed from grains, and unlike wine, it is made from apples rather than grapes. Styles can range from dry and crisp to lightly sweet, depending on the apples used and how the cider is finished.

Yes. All Crossmount ciders are gluten-free, as they are made from apples and apple juice and do not contain barley, wheat, or other gluten-containing grains.

Our portfolio includes a range of styles, from dry and crisp to lightly sweet. Sweetness levels vary by product and are designed to highlight balance, drinkability, and apple character. Individual cider descriptions on our website provide more detail on each style.
